Q2: Are your products suitable for home or commercial use? A2: Many of our products are designed for both home and light commercial use. Please check the specific product description for details on its intended use and durability ratings.

Q3: Do your products come with a warranty? A3: Yes, all products sold by Secquent are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Ordering & Payment

Q4: How do I place an order? A4: Simply browse our Website, add the desired gym equipment to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose to create an account for faster future purchases or check out as a guest.

Q7: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? A7: We process orders very quickly. Shipping & Delivery

Q8: Do you offer free shipping? A8: Yes! We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on every order to mainland France.

Q9: Where do you ship? A9: Currently, Secquent ships exclusively to mainland France. We do not ship to Corsica, overseas territories, or international destinations.

Q10: How long does shipping take? A10: Our total estimated delivery time combines processing and transit time:

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping / Transit Time: 5-10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 6-13 business days from the time of purchase.

Q11: How can I track my order? A11: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Q12: What if my order arrives damaged? A12: If you notice any significant damage to the packaging upon delivery, please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Take clear photos immediately and contact our customer service team at contact@secquent.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Q13: What about delivery for large items like treadmills? A13: For larger items such as treadmills, our shipping partners may contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time. These are typically curbside deliveries, so please ensure you have assistance available to move the item into your home or desired location.

Returns & Refunds

Q14: What is your return policy? A14: We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories. Please be aware that special conditions may apply to large or assembled items.

Q15: How do I return an item? A15: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@secquent.com or +33 4 67 13 50 50 within the 30-day return window. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Q16: Who pays for return shipping? A16: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, Secquent will cover the return shipping costs.

Q17: How long does it take to get a refund? A17: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 5-14 business days. The exact time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
