Shipping Methods:
We utilize FedEx, UPS, USPS, freight for our shipments. The shipping method used for your order will depend on the size and weight of the equipment, as well as your chosen shipping speed.
Shipping Costs:
Free shipping over every purchase.
Order Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
- Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Shipping Time:
- Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination.
- Standard shipping typically takes 4-6 business days.
- Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Refund and Return Procedures.:
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at (718) 455-5477 or contact@secquent.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with return shipping instructions. Do not return the item without an RA number.
- Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible. If the original packaging is damaged or unavailable, please use comparable packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its full value.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refunds:
- Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will guide you through the process.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
